黄平县农行、县扶贫办把小额信贷扶贫工作作为一项重要的政治任务来抓,按照“计划早下达、项目早落实、资金早投放、贷款早见效”的经营目标和要求,认真完成了上级下达的小额信贷专项资金任务。到目前为止,全县累计发放小额信贷资金453万元,覆盖14个乡镇243个村、4752户19966人,有85％的农户利用小额信贷发展了养殖业。小额信贷初见成效,全县已有4000贫困户提前越过温饱线。
Huangping County Agricultural Bank and County Poverty Alleviation Office took microcredit poverty alleviation work as an important political task. In accordance with the business objectives and requirements of “early planning of the project, implementation of the project as soon as possible, early investment of funds, and early lending of loans,” we earnestly completed Supervisor issued a special microfinance task. So far, the county has issued a total of 4.53 million yuan of microfinance funds, covering 243 villages in 14 townships and 4,752 households with 19,966 people. 85% of farmers use micro-credit to develop aquaculture.
