伴随着市场经济的快速发展,各企业之间竞争日益激烈,民营企业由于其规模相对较小,因此面临的挑战愈加严峻。为实现自身经济效益最大化,具备较强的社会竞争优势,民营企业必须努力实现财务管理与内部控制的有机结合。在民营企业的生存发展中,财务管理工作占据重要地位,同时,内部控制的重要意义也不容忽视。本文首先阐述了加强财务管理深化内部控制对于民营企业的重要意义,同时针对目前管理控制工作中存在的问题提出有效措施。
With the rapid development of market economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Because of their relatively small size, private enterprises are faced with more and more severe challenges. In order to maximize their own economic benefits and possess strong social competitive advantages, private enterprises must strive to achieve an organic combination of financial management and internal control. In the survival and development of private enterprises, financial management occupies an important position, meanwhile, the importance of internal control can not be ignored. This article first elaborates on the importance of strengthening financial management to deepen internal control for private-owned enterprises, and puts forward effective measures to solve the problems in the current management and control work.
