用基于差压原理的传感器来测量高温烟气流速有许多缺点。本文利用热电偶敏感温度脉动信息的相关测速技术来测量高温烟气流速,利用极性互相关原理,用MCS-51单片机进行数据处理和系统监控,采用过零时刻算法和快速峰值搜寻程序提高数据处理速度。实验证明,该技术原理和结构简单,方法可靠,在一定速度范围内,误差较小,测量周期短,可以满足工业现场实时测量的需要。
There are many disadvantages to using high-temperature flue gas flow rate sensors based on the differential pressure principle. In this paper, the relative velocity measurement technology of thermocouple sensitive temperature pulsation was used to measure the flow velocity of high temperature flue gas. The data was processed and monitored by MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer based on the principle of polarity cross-correlation. The zero crossing time algorithm and fast peak search program were used to improve the data Processing speed. The experiment proves that the principle and structure of the technique are simple and the method is reliable. Within a certain speed range, the error is small and the measurement period is short, which can meet the needs of real-time measurement in industrial field.
