1 前言我国电站锅炉的发展方向是生产制造低煤耗、高参数、大容量火电机组,因而对锅炉受压元件用钢的要求也愈来愈高。随着600MW 锅炉的技术引进,制造600MW 锅炉需用钢材的数量愈来愈大。因此,为了加强材料的测试研究,充分发挥材料潜力,保证材料的内在质量,适应锅炉受压元件用钢的需要,必须加大标准化工作的力度,充分发挥标准化在材料测试中的重要作用。
1 Introduction The development direction of China’s power plant boilers is the manufacture of low-coal consumption, high-parameter, high-capacity thermal power units, and therefore the requirements of the boiler pressure element steel is also getting higher and higher. With the introduction of technology in 600MW boilers, the amount of steel required to make 600MW boilers is getting larger and larger. Therefore, in order to enhance the testing of materials, give full play to the potential of materials, ensure the intrinsic quality of materials and meet the needs of steel used for boiler pressure parts, we must intensify the standardization work and give full play to the important role of standardization in material testing.
