目的:通过临床和实验研究,为进一步开发应用太子健治疗小儿厌食症提供理论依据。方法:对太子健冲剂进行药效学和急性毒性实验,同期进行临床观察,用参苓白术冲剂作为对照。结果:太子健冲剂能显著提高小鼠耐疲劳、耐缺氧能力,对脾虚小鼠体重的恢复有促进作用,能显著增加食量及血清IgG含量,对兔肠平滑肌有增强正常蠕动和缓解异常痉挛的双向调节作用,并且无毒副作用。临床观察证实,该药能显著增加尿中D-木糖排泄率、增加体重、改善贫血及全身症状,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异显著。结论:太子健能有效促进机体的消化吸收功能,增进食欲,提高机体免疫能力,疗效可靠,无毒副作用,值得进一步开发应用。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of Taizi Jian in treating children with anorexia through clinical and experimental studies. Clinical observations confirmed that the drug can significantly increase urine D-xylose excretion rate, increase body weight, improve anemia and systemic symptoms, compared with before treatment and control group, the difference was significant.
