乙肝康胶囊为中药的复方制剂。本文采用比色法测定了其中蒽醌类成分的含量。制剂中的其他成分对测定无干扰,检测方法简便,可作为其质量控制方法。经多批含量测定发现,各批样品间其含量有所不同。
Yigankang capsule is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, colorimetric method was used to determine the content of anthraquinones. The other components in the preparation have no interference with the determination, and the detection method is simple and can be used as a quality control method. After several batches of content determination, the content of each batch of samples was different.
