为研究静载作用下高强外包钢-高强混凝土简支组合梁的受弯性能,对5根简支梁进行跨中两点对称荷载作用下的试验,加载方式为单调静力加载。试件主要变化参数为混凝土强度、钢板强度以及组合梁截面尺寸。试验测量内容主要为竖向加载荷载、挠度、截面应变等,研究了组合梁的破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线以及应变沿截面高度的分布。试验结果表明,试件均发生典型的弯曲破坏,高强钢与高强混凝土通过栓钉连接可以表现出良好的整体工作性能。可为高强外包钢-高强混凝土组合梁在实际工程中的应用提供试验依据。
In order to study the flexural behavior of HSS-HSC simply-supported composite beams under static load, the tests of five symmetrical beams under two symmetrical loads are carried out. The loading method is monostatic static loading. The main parameters of the specimen are the concrete strength, the strength of the steel plate and the sectional dimension of the composite beam. The main contents of the test are vertical load, deflection and cross-section strain. The failure modes, load-deflection curve, load-strain curve and height distribution of strain along the composite beam are studied. The test results show that the specimens are under typical bending failure, and the high strength steel and high strength concrete can show good overall working performance through the peg connection. It can provide experimental basis for the application of high strength steel-encased high-strength concrete composite beams in practical engineering.
