为适应境外投资者投资中国企业的需要,中国证券监督委员会正研究扩大中国B股发行规模。这是中国证券监督委员会国际业务副主任聂庆平在香港透露的。 聂庆平说,发展B股市场是海外投资者比较关心的问题,从今年起将着手研究如何发展B股市场。主要从三个方面考虑。一是要扩大B种股票的发行范围,不再局限上海、深圳两地试点。要选择能源、交通、通讯、铁路等基础产业领域的大型企业发行B股。
In order to meet the needs of overseas investors in investing in Chinese enterprises, China Securities Regulatory Commission is studying the expansion of the size of China’s B shares. This is disclosed by Nie Qingping, deputy director of international business of China Securities Regulatory Commission, in Hong Kong. Nie Qingping said that the development of the B-share market is a concern for overseas investors. Starting from this year, it will study how to develop the B-share market. Mainly from three aspects to consider. First, to expand the scope of the B kinds of stock issuance, no longer limited to Shanghai and Shenzhen pilot. To choose energy, transportation, telecommunications, railways and other basic industries in the field of issuing B shares.
