中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会将在全国范围内实施企业信用安全认证、建立中国企业联合征信系统加快建立诚信体系、增强全社会的诚信意识是党的十六大和十六届三中全会提出的重要任务。企业征信是社会诚信体系的重要支撑,是社会主义市场经济秩序的核心,是建立现代企业制度的客观要求,是中国企业融入国际市场的基本条件。目前,国内企业普遍存在信用风险防范意识不强,信用管理机制不完善,信用管理技术手段落后的现状,并且已经开始危害到企业的生存和未来发展。为了维护企业的合法权益,推动企业诚信建设,中国企业联合会,中国企业家协会(以下简称“两会”)决定在全国范围内实施企业信用安全认证,并以此为基础,开展企业征信工作,建立中国企业联合征信系统。该项工作旨在全面强化企业的信用
