目的:研究马来酸罗格列酮及其同类药物盐酸吡咯列酮在不同激发光波长下的酸碱度条件共存时的表面增强拉曼光谱,对两者在酸碱条件下的共存情况进行讨论。方法:用2种不同的激发光波长对不同酸碱条件下马来酸罗格列酮及盐酸吡咯列酮共存体系的表面增强拉曼散射进行考察。结果:研究表明,在532 nm和785 nm激发下,中性和碱性条件都不能鉴别两者,而偏酸性的pH条件有利于两者的鉴别。结论:偏酸性的条件有利于马来酸罗格列酮-盐酸吡咯列酮共存体系表面增强拉曼散射的同时检测。
OBJECTIVE: To study the surface-enhanced Raman spectra of rosiglitazone maleate and its similar drug, pyrrolostone, under the conditions of pH value and pH value under different excitation wavelengths. The coexistence of rosiglitazone maleate and pyrrolostone hydrochloride under acid-base conditions was discussed. Methods: The surface enhanced Raman scattering of rosiglitazone maleate and pyrrolizidine hydrochloride coexisting system under different acid-base conditions was investigated with two different excitation wavelengths. Results: The results showed that both neutral and basic conditions failed to differentiate between the two conditions at 532 nm and 785 nm, whereas acidic pH conditions favored their identification. CONCLUSION: Partial acidic conditions are favorable for the simultaneous detection of surface-enhanced Raman scattering of rosiglitazone-pyrrolizidine maleate coexisting system.
