在小学教育阶段中,班级管理是比较重要的组成部分,在很大层面上,关系到班级内部的稳定和团结,对小学生日后的成长也会产生很大的影响。文章针对情感教育在小学班级管理中的运用展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
Class management is a relatively important part of primary education. To a large extent, the stability and solidarity within the class also have a significant impact on the future growth of pupils. The article discusses the application of emotional education in the class management of primary schools and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
