榕树,因其常年绿意葱笼、生命力极强,被喻为健康长寿的象征,多年来,深受岭南派盆景爱好者的青睐。须根,是榕树本身固有的一大特征,它可增添盆景榕树的自然苍古美,更有”独木成林”的野趣,然而由于在榕树盆景的培养过程中,因时间不足(即树龄小)或环境条件的不适而难以发生须根,因而大大降低了榕树盆景的观赏价值。笔者经过试验,总结出了一套加速榕树须根生长的方法,现介绍如下:
