本文检测131例单纯矽肺患者血清中免疫复合物(CIC)含量,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者均高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05),且Ⅱ期高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ期(P<0.05)。各期矽肺患者淋巴细胞转化率和有丝分裂指数均低于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅱ期矽肺共131例,有6例对PHA刺激呈阴性反应,其阳性反应者红斑平均直径均低于正常人。
The serum levels of immune complex (CIC) in 131 patients with silicosis were detected in this study. The patients in stage II and III were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.01, P <0.05) ). The rates of lymphocyte transformation and mitosis in all stages of silicosis were lower than those in normal group (P <0.01, P <0.05). A total of 131 cases of stage I, II and II silicosis, 6 cases of negative reaction to PHA stimulation, the positive reaction erythema average diameter were lower than normal.
