作为教育生态系统中的一个重要元素,社区教育亟待紧跟时代步伐破茧成蝶实现再一次飞跃,特别是曾经在改革开放大潮中异军突起的乡镇社区教育,更是渴望在城乡一体化转型中走出一条可持续发展的新思路。教育科学明确地告知我们,所有分支学科都是以教育现象为汇集点,围绕教育本身来组织有关教育的知识,最终透视教育。文章以江苏江阴临港街道社区教育现状及社区居民学习需求为基点,从教育生态学支持性因素分析的视角,解读乡镇社区教育实现可持续发展所面临的困境、存在的问题以及可能的出路。
As an important element in the educational ecosystem, community education needs to make a further leap in keeping with the pace of the times. In particular, education in towns and villages that once emerged as a major force in the tide of reform and opening up is even more eager to get out of the urban-rural integration transition A new idea of sustainable development. Educational science clearly tells us that all sub-disciplines are based on the phenomenon of education as a collection of points around the education itself to organize knowledge about education, and ultimately perspective education. Based on the status quo of community education and the needs of community residents in Lingang Street, Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the difficulties, problems and possible solutions to the sustainable development of community education in villages and towns from the perspective of supportive factor analysis of educational ecology.
