本文通过褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus Plicatilis O.F.MULLER)(以下简称轮虫)在16℃、21℃、26℃、31℃温度条件下进行个体培养实验,描述了温度对其寿命和繁殖的影响。实验结果表明:轮虫的寿命随水温的升高而缩短;繁殖能力和繁殖速度则随水温的升高而增强和加快。同以上温度相对应的寿命分别为293.5小时、242.5小时、203.5小时、127小时;一生平均抱卵数分别为10.5个、13个、25.5个、27.0个;平均孵化时间分别为43.5小时、21.3小时、18.0小时、10.8小时。从而说明轮虫的人工繁殖应尽量控制在高温区,以便提高轮虫的繁殖能力。
In this paper, the individual culture experiments were carried out at temperatures of 16 ℃, 21 ℃, 26 ℃, 31 ℃ by Brachionus Plicatilis O.F. MULLER (Brachionus Plicatilis O.F. MULLER), and the effects of temperature on its longevity and reproduction were described. The experimental results showed that the life span of rotifers shortened with the increase of water temperature, while the reproductive capacity and the rate of reproduction increased and accelerated with the increase of water temperature. The life expectancy corresponding to the above temperatures were 293.5 hours, 242.5 hours, 203.5 hours and 127 hours respectively. The average number of eggs in a lifetime was 10.5, 13, 25.5 and 27.0, respectively. The average incubation time was 43.5 hours and 21.3 hours respectively, 18.0 hours, 10.8 hours. This shows that artificial reproduction of rotifers should be controlled in the high temperature area, in order to improve the reproductive capacity of rotifers.
