应用镍钛记忆合金螺旋导管治疗前列腺增生症３０例，结果１４例急性尿潴留者均一次排尿成功；１６例排尿困难者，１５例一次排尿成功；最大尿流率由术前平均３．７ｍｌ／ｓ增至术后平均１３．８ｍｌ／ｓ；残余尿由术前平均７５．８ｍｌ降至术后平均２１．４ｍｌ。随访４～１２一月无任何并发症。认为镍钛记忆合金螺旋导管治疗前列腺增生症方法简单，安全有效，不失为一种良好的方法。
