对于现代电力企业的发展而言,不但要求能够提出电力功能,还要求服务质量的提高。针对现阶段电力企业内外素质提升的要求,在当前我国电力企业的发展中,要求不断的加强员工培训工作。尤其是对新员工的培训,应该优化培训方法,设置符合当前需求的培训内容。从专业技术角度、服务意识角度开展培训工作,不断提高电力企业的核心竞争力。本文主要针对电力企业员工培训工作中的重点进行讨论,以期能够为同行业者提供借鉴。
For the development of modern power enterprises, not only requires the ability to propose power functions, but also requires the improvement of service quality. In response to the current requirements of the quality improvement of power companies both inside and outside the country, in the current development of China’s power enterprises, it is required to continuously strengthen staff training. Especially for the training of new employees, training methods should be optimized and training content meeting the current needs should be set. From the professional and technical perspectives, service awareness training to carry out the work, and constantly improve the core competitiveness of power companies. This article mainly focuses on the discussion of the key points of staff training in power enterprises, with a view to providing reference for the same industry.
