本文采用俄歇电子能谱对吸附外加剂后的水泥表面进行了研究,并借用氩离子枪刻蚀器对吸附外加剂后的水泥表面的纵向元素浓度进行了定量分析。首次测出了萘磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物、木质素磺酸钠和糖钙外加剂在水泥表面的吸附层近似厚度。根据吸附层厚度,作者推测了吸附分子表面形态,并引出了表面吸附分子取向指数的概念。结合HVO理论,文章分析了外加剂在水泥表面的吸附分子形态和外加剂对水泥粒子分散作用的关系,借以揭示分散剂对“水泥-水”体系的作用机理。
In this paper, the Auger electron spectroscopy was used to study the surface of cement after the admixture was adsorbed, and the longitudinal element concentration of the cement surface after adsorption of admixture was quantified by using argon ion gun etcher. For the first time, the approximate thickness of the adsorption layer of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium lignosulfonate and calcium-calcium admixture on the cement surface was measured. According to the thickness of the adsorbed layer, the author speculates the surface morphology of the adsorbed molecules and leads to the concept of the orientation index of the surface adsorbed molecules. Combined with the HVO theory, the article analyzes the adsorption molecule morphology of admixture on the cement surface and the relationship between admixtures and the dispersion of cement particles, in order to reveal the mechanism of dispersant on the “cement - water” system.
