机电安装是实现工程项目实际运转功能与性能的重要施工环节,通常涉及电气施工、给排水施工、空调通风施工等系列内容,是当前工程建设领域研究的重点内容之一。在机电安装工程项目建设环节,其整体造价成本投入中设备与材料费用的占比较高,施工企业要想获得理想的经济收益需要对此部分成本采取有效的控制,提升工程建设资源的实际利用效率。本文以机电安装工程项目设备材料成本为切入点,对其组成进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相应的控制策略。旨在提供一定的参考与借鉴。
