直线度是大型直缝焊管的主要形位误差,直接影响运输管线的安装,需要进行过弯矫直,而实现大型直缝焊管过弯矫直首先要检测焊管轴线方向各点的挠度,如何快速准确的测量焊管的挠度是一个亟待解决的测量问题。本文对大型直缝焊管挠度检测系统的关键技术进行了研究,完成了测量系统的方案设计,开发了基于虚拟仪器的挠度检测系统模块,并进行了挠曲线检测物理模拟实验,测量相对误差1.7%,实验表明系统具有较高的可行性和可靠性,可以满足实际需要。
