了解病历档案利用情况,利用者构成,利用原因和目的。对某医院2004年～2008年来利用病历档案的数据进行统计分析。2008年比2004年总体利用率提高13.16个百分点,院外利用率提高4.37个百分点,院内利用率提高8.8个百分点;院外利用34.22%,院内利用65.78%;院外利用最多用于社会适宜于商业保险,院内利用最多用于科研教学。病历档案利用广度不断扩大,利用率呈逐年提高的趋势,病历档案为医院的医疗管理、科研教学、质量控制等方面提供了非常有价值资料,为社会和商业保险的办理及理赔、司法鉴定、个人健康管理等方面具有重要作用。
