目的:建立血脂灵片、新血脂灵片的指纹图谱检测标准,观察处方中决明子生熟互换后指纹图谱的变化。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长284 nm。结果:分别对10批血脂灵片和10批新血脂灵片样品进行HPLC分析,建立了该制剂20个共有峰的指纹图谱。结论:该方法稳定可靠,处方中决明子生熟互换后指纹图谱共有峰数量没有变化,部分成分含量有明显变化。
Objective: To establish the standard of fingerprint test of Xuezhiling tablet and Xinxiazhiying tablet and observe the change of fingerprint after the exchange of raw and cooked of Cassia seed in prescription. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 284 nm. Results: HPLC analysis was performed on 10 batches of Xuezhiling and 10 batches of Xuezhiling tablets, respectively. Fingerprints of 20 common peaks of this preparation were established. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable. There is no change in the total number of peaks of the fingerprint after the raw and cooked exchange of Cassia cassiae in the prescription, and the contents of some components have obvious changes.
