合成了铁(Ⅲ)、铅(Ⅱ)、铕(Ⅲ)的先锋霉素V配合物,并做了元素分析.从观察到的配体及金属配合物红外光谱的变化,推测了配位模式.体外抑菌试验结果表明,铕(Ⅲ)、铅(Ⅱ)的配合物能维持原有先锋霉素V的抑菌效果,但铁(Ⅲ)的配合物失去抑菌作用,因此在临床上选用抗菌素时有必要考虑铁剂与先锋霉素V的配伍禁忌.
The compounds of cephalosporin V with iron (Ⅲ), lead (Ⅱ) and europium (Ⅲ) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis. From the observed changes in the infrared spectra of the ligands and metal complexes, the coordination mode was speculated. The antibacterial activity in vitro showed that the complexes of europium (Ⅲ) and lead (Ⅱ) could maintain the antibacterial effect of the original cephalosporin V, but the iron (Ⅲ) complex lost its antibacterial activity. Therefore, Antibiotics need to consider iron and cephalosporin V compatibility taboo.
