1987、1988年分别在棕壤和潮棕壤农田上设置微区试验和田间试验。结果表明,有机肥料配施化肥可提高土壤有机质含量,农作物产量亦较等养分量化肥要高;施用有机肥可增加土壤中活性有机质的数量和富里酸含量,降低胡敏酸的芳构化程度,增加其活化度;有机肥料配施化肥可增加土壤的生物活性,有些酶活性可提高一倍以上,而单施化肥则使几种酶活性下降3~11%。如从土壤有机质含量、品质和酶活性指标来看,均以未腐熟的玉米秸秆的效果最佳。
