目的了解乌鲁木齐市性病门诊梅毒患者对梅毒防治知识知晓情况和健康教育的需求,为改进健康教育工作提供依据。方法在保护隐私的环境中,采用一对一方式,对门诊梅毒患者进行问卷调查和健康教育。结果109例梅毒患者中,高危行为后主动就医者15例(13.76%);健康教育前梅毒防治知识知晓率为50.46%;患者获得防治知识的方法主要是通过网络查询(48.62%)和咨询医生(54.13%),患者认为如果能通过广播电视(77.98%)、医生咨询(68.81%)、网络平台(61.47%)、微信微博(41.28%)、宣传材料(40.37%)等渠道获得健康知识,则容易接受,方便可及。健康教育前梅毒患者最关心的问题是:93.58%关心能否治愈,90.83%关心如何预防密切接触者的感染,66.97%关心传播途径及传染性问题;健康教育后患者最关注的问题转变为:68.32%关注能否治愈,53.47%关注梅毒对生育的影响,50.50%关注是否再感染的问题。结论乌鲁木齐市性病门诊就诊者梅毒健康教育需求,其健康教育形式有较大的可利用空间,梅毒健康教育处方可围绕能否治愈、如何预防家庭成员的感染、传播途径、治疗方案、再感染及复发问题、对生育的影响、与艾滋病感染的相关性等依次展开。
Objective To understand the knowledge of syphilis prevention and treatment and the demand of health education in patients with syphilis in STD clinics in Urumqi and provide the basis for improving health education. Methods In the environment of privacy protection, a one-to-one approach was used to conduct questionnaires and health education for outpatients with syphilis. Results Among the 109 cases of syphilis, 15 (13.76%) were actively active after high-risk behaviors. The awareness of prevention and treatment of syphilis before health education was 50.46%. The methods for obtaining prevention and treatment knowledge were mainly through online inquiry (48.62%) and consultation with doctors (54.13%). The patients think that if they can get health knowledge through radio and television (77.98%), doctor consultation (68.81%), online platform (61.47%), WeChat Weibo (41.28% , It is easy to accept, easy to access. 93.58% concerned about the cure, 90.83% concerned about how to prevent close contact with the infection, 66.97% concerned about the route of transmission and contagious issues; the problem of the most concerned patients after health education into: 68.32% concerned about the cure, 53.47% concerned about the impact of syphilis on fertility, 50.50% concerned about the issue of re-infection. Conclusion The demand for health education of STD clinic in STD clinics in Urumqi has more space available for health education. Syphilis health education prescription can prevent infection, transmission, treatment, re-infection, Relapse problems, the impact on fertility, and the correlation between HIV infection and so on.
