目的观察复方肾炎片治疗早期CKD患者轻中度蛋白尿的疗效。方法选择早期CKD患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组加用复方肾炎片,对照组加用阿魏酸哌嗪片。结果治疗组总有效率80%,对照组总有效率57%,两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后蛋白尿相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方肾炎片为治疗早期CKD轻中度蛋白尿提供了安全有效的手段。
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound nephritis tablets on mild and moderate proteinuria in early CKD patients. Methods Eighty patients with early CKD were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The two groups had the same basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with compound nephritis tablets, and the control group with piperazine ferulate tablets. Results The total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 57% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01); the proteinuria in the treatment group had significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.01 ), While there was no significant difference in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compound nephritis tablets provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of CKD mild to moderate proteinuria.
