球形罐因其表面积小,重量轻的优点,在石油化工、航空航天、城市建设、核工业等领域被广泛的应用,但是我国的球罐制造发展晚,与国际先进的制造水平有着很大的差距,尤其在设计、焊接等方面落后尤为明显。球罐在设计中要充分考虑结构和地震及各种荷载条件问题。本文根据《钢制球形储罐》中对球罐的自振周期计算,采用有限元法探讨球罐自振周期及地震作用下的结构响应的影响
Due to its small surface area and light weight, spherical cans have been widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, urban construction and nuclear industries. However, the manufacturing of spherical cans in our country has been delayed and has a great deal of progress with the international advanced manufacturing level Gaps, especially in the design, welding and other aspects of the more obvious. Spherical tank in the design should take full account of the structure and earthquake and a variety of load conditions. In this paper, based on the calculation of the natural period of the spherical tank in “Steel Spherical Tank”, the finite element method is used to investigate the influence of the natural period and the structural response of the tank
