为了提高绿色阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢性能,将静电水处理引入到水处理过程中,采用静态阻垢和动态阻垢实验研究了聚环氧琥珀酸在静电水中的阻垢性能。实验结果表明,在2种实验方法中,聚环氧琥珀酸和静电水处理之间都具有协同阻垢作用。静态实验时,聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢率可提高19.3%;动态实验时,阻垢率提高12.8%。静电水处理能显著提高聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢性能。
In order to improve the performance of scale inhibitor polyepoxysuccinic acid, the electrostatic water treatment was introduced into the water treatment process. The static scale inhibition and dynamic scale inhibition experiments were used to study the scale inhibition performance of polyepoxysuccinic acid in electrostatic water . The experimental results show that, in the two experimental methods, both polyepoxysuccinic acid and electrostatic water treatment have synergistic scale inhibition. Static experiments, polyepoxysuccinic acid scale inhibition rate can be increased by 19.3%; dynamic experiments, the scale inhibition rate increased 12.8%. Electrostatic water treatment can significantly improve the performance of polyepoxysuccinate scale.
