我省栽培的果桑,白桑椹约占80—90％,黑桑椹约占10％,紫桑椹最少。据在东光县胡集公社调查,有以下主要品种:1.大白鹅,又叫大白条。树势强壮,叶片卵圆形,叶缘粗锯齿,长14.6厘米,宽9.3厘米,百叶重180克。果实圆锥形,少数歧肩形,有的呈弯曲的月牙形,平均果重2.56克,最大重3.5克。果色洁白,果肉白色,果汁多,味极甜,有芳香,品质上等,含可溶性固形物25.2％,总酸0.25％。耐贮运,是较好的经济栽培品种。
