妊娠期女性容易缺铁,为了预防或纠正孕期的贫血和缺铁,一般推荐孕妇每日补充60~120毫克的铁。但由奥克兰儿童医院研究协会等机构合作的一项研究显示,这一补铁推荐量对于无贫血的孕妇而言过高了,不仅易导致铁剂过量,还会引发分娩并发症、早产和生产低体重儿等问题。
