戴维·哈维是西方“空间转向”中实现地理学传统与马克思主义传统相遇的重要代表性人物。其空间观念在本体论、现代性与文化艺术的三重维度上展开。在哈维的空间理论的文化艺术维度上,他对以“巴黎”为核心的法国文学的关注和批评实践开启了一种通过空间批评来展开文学与文化研究的新视野,开拓了马克思主义理论与文学批评立足现实、立足批判的新平台。
David Harvey is an important representative figure in the west “space turn ” meeting the tradition of geography and the tradition of Marxism.
