中国是一个统一的多民族国家。中国共产党自创立之日起,便培养了一代又一代的优秀少数民族干部队伍,从而保证了党的政治工作、路线与任务,能够顺利的在少数民族地区得以贯彻落实。历经90余年的探索与实践发展,中国共产党形成了一套行之有效的少数民族地区干部政策。在经济、社会快速发展的新形势下,对少数民族地区干部素质、能力提出了更新、更高的要求。本文总结了当前少数民族地区干部的特殊性、重要性,分析了其工作中的不足,以期为今后少数民族地区干部政策的制定提供有益的借鉴。
China is a unified multi-ethnic country. Since its founding, the Chinese Communist Party has trained generation after generation of excellent cadres of ethnic minorities so as to ensure that the party’s political work, lines and tasks can be smoothly implemented in ethnic minority areas. After more than 90 years of exploration and practical development, the Chinese Communist Party has formed a set of effective cadre policies for ethnic minority areas. Under the new situation of rapid economic and social development, new and higher requirements have been put forward on the quality and capability of cadres in ethnic minority areas. This paper summarizes the peculiarities and importance of the cadres in the ethnic minority areas at present and analyzes the shortcomings in their work so as to provide useful reference for the formulation of cadre policies in the ethnic minority areas in the future.
