目前,各国对计算机2000年问题的解决到了关键时期,世界银行对我国解决2000年问题伸出了援助之手。我国已形成解决2000年问题国家行动计划的初步框架,并已开始实施。各企业也开始着手修改现用的软件,以便在世纪之交后能使其软件持续运转如初。为此,企业为修改现用软件可能要发生大笔费用,这些费用称之为“软件2000年费用”。要注意这里的费用仅仅是企业为恢复或维护原来预期从现用软件系统获得未来经济利
