为进一步做好价格听证工作,国家发展改革委对2002年颁布的《政府价格决策听证办法》进行了修改完善。修改后的《政府制定价格听证办法》(国家发展改革委2号令,以下筒称《听证办法》)自2008年12月1日起已正式实施,今后政府价格主管部门要严格按照《听证办法》的有关规定召开定价听证会。因此,认真学习贯彻落实《听证办法》是各级政府价格主管部门价格法制建设的一项十分重要的、长期性的任务。
