随着社会的发展与科学技术的进步,档案管理工作面临着新的挑战,突出矛盾是档案数量的日益增多、利用要求日益增高、传统管理方法的落后等,这就要求档案管理工作者努力践行科学发展观,创新档案管理,正确理解、把握和坚持科学发展观,力求创新,全方位地了解档案管理工作的重要性。因此,人事档案工作中树立科学发展观,是经济社会快速发展的客观要求和必然趋势,是认真贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想,实现档案事业又好又快的健康发展的体现。
