采用高效液相色谱法分离测定40%苯醚菌酯·氟啶胺悬浮剂中苯醚菌酯和氟啶胺的质量分数,方法简单,准确度高,效果良好。色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18不锈钢柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇+水+冰醋酸,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,检测波长240 nm。苯醚菌酯的线性方程为:Y=555.5X+0.2257,线性相关系数R=1.0000,标准偏差1.5%,回收率99.61%;氟啶胺线性方程为:Y=4450X-0.9850,线性相关系数R=1.0000,标准偏差4.8%,回收率99.86%。
