我国虽然有少数电梯厂生产与5t电梯配套的专用曳引机,但设计上有诸多不合理处。而3t电梯的曳引机已形成较大生产批量,设计和制造技术都已趋于成熟,价格则比前者便宜约1/3。本文介绍3∶1曳引方式,使用于3t电梯的曳引机也能用于5t电梯,从而为中、小电梯厂生产大吨位电梯开辟了简捷的途径。对于已能生产5t电梯专用曳引机的少数工厂,若改用本文介绍的方法,也可降低成本,收到明显的经济效益。一、曳引机基本参数、钢丝绳绕法和井道、机房平面布置电梯曳引比是指曳引钢丝绳速度与轿厢
Although there are a few lift factories in China that produce special traction machines for 5t elevators, there are many unreasonable designs. The 3t elevator traction machine has formed a large production volume, design and manufacturing technology has matured, the price is about 1/3 cheaper than the former. This article describes the 3:1 traction method. The traction machine used in 3t elevators can also be used in 5t elevators, thus opening a simple and convenient way for large and medium-capacity elevators in medium and small elevators.
