通识教育是近年来我国高校兴起的新的教育理念,对大学生进行通识教育是当前我国高校人才培养的新的目标要求。国防教育是普通高校的一门通识教育必修课程,培养具有现代国防意识的高素质人才,是我国大学通识教育和国防教育的共同目标。国防教育如何以高校通识教育的理念为导向,在国防教育的观念、模式及内容等方面进行调整和改进,使之更趋合理化和科学化,是一个重要课题。
General education is a new concept of education that has emerged in recent years in China’s colleges and universities. It is a new target requirement for college personnel training in our country to carry out general education. National defense education is a compulsory course of general education in ordinary colleges and universities. Training high-quality talents with modern national defense awareness is the common goal of general education and national defense education in universities. How national defense education is guided by the concept of general education in colleges and universities and adjusted and improved in the concepts, modes and contents of national defense education to make it more rational and scientific is an important issue.
