目的探讨接触性阴道出血的病因,提出防治措施。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2006年12月420例主诉为接触性阴道出血的妇科门诊患者病历。结果长期妇科炎症、早婚、早孕、性生活紊乱是其发病的重要因素,是宫颈病变的常见症状。结论提高全民卫生知识,加强卫生宣传对降低宫颈病变的发生具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the cause of contact vaginal bleeding and put forward prevention and cure measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 420 cases of gynecological outpatients with primary vaginal bleeding was conducted from January 2003 to December 2006. The results of long-term gynecological inflammation, early marriage, early pregnancy, sexual disorders is an important factor in its incidence, is a common symptom of cervical lesions. Conclusion It is of great clinical significance to improve the knowledge of all people’s health and strengthen the publicity on health to reduce the occurrence of cervical lesions.
