根据国务院2013年41号文“关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见”和工信部的要求,GB175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》标准中将取消复合32.5水泥强度等级,并于2014年6月前完成标准审议工作。近期,中国建筑材料科学研究总院据此精神完成了GB175-××××的征求意见稿,在全国行业内征求意见。笔者作为从事建材行业(主要是水泥和混凝土应用)近20年的老科技工作者,谈一些个人看法。支持取消复合32.5水泥强度等级。现阶段相当部分中小水泥粉磨生产的复合32.5水泥,其水泥混合材一般在3~5种之多,混乱而杂,价格恶性竞争,质量存在隐患。
