热丝仪作为一种新型的保护渣性能检验手段,已显现出其它方法无法替代的优越性。将该项技术对保护渣的析晶TTT凿线进行测定研究,过程采用了两种不同的控温方式。结果表明,析晶TTT曲线可综合反映保护渣所具有的不同的结晶规律。即使是同一种保护渣,控温模式不同,其析晶规律也完全不同;另外,随着温度的变化,保护渣晶体的析出形式也不同。
As a new test method of mold flux performance, hot wire gauze has shown the superiority that other methods can not replace. The technology of the mold powder crystal TTT chisel for determination of the study, the process uses two different temperature control methods. The results show that the crystallized TTT curve can reflect the different crystallization rules of the protective slag. Even with the same mold flux, temperature control mode is different, the crystallization of law is completely different; In addition, as the temperature changes, the mold powder precipitation form is also different.
