随着当今社会艺术培训的火爆和群众文化需求的提升,音乐专业大学生校外兼职已成为普遍现象。虽然音乐专业大学生校外兼职情况日趋白热化,劳动力市场异常活跃,可是当下对于音乐专业大学生校外兼职的相关书籍却不多。所以本项目将以潍坊学院音乐专业大学生和各琴行、培训机构为例。采用问卷,着重剖析存在问题,针对存在问题提出相应的对策与建议。
With the current hot art training in the society and the promotion of the mass cultural needs, part-time part-time work of music majors has become a common phenomenon. Although music majors outside the school increasingly busy part-time job, the labor market is very active, but the moment for the music majors outside the school related books are not many. Therefore, this project will take Weifang University music college students and the piano, training institutions as an example. Using questionnaires, focusing on the analysis of existing problems, the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
