多绳提升机是一种新型的矿井提升设备。主导轮是多绳提升机的主要承载部件,它的结构及实际应力水平如何,一直为世界各国的设计、研究和制造者所重视。不少人为此曾做过大量的工作,它们大致可分为经验公式、有矩理论和半无矩理论等三类。但直到目前为止,仍未摸清主导轮的应力分布规律和实际应力水平,也未能提供一个实用的计算方法或公式。上海交通大学汪庠宝同志和武汉钢铁学院
Multi-rope hoist is a new type of mine hoisting equipment. The main guide wheel is the main bearing component of the multi-rope hoist. Its structure and actual stress level have always been valued by the design, research and manufacturers all over the world. Many people have done a great deal of work for this purpose. They can be roughly divided into three categories: empirical formula, moment theory and semi-moment theory. However, until now, the principle of stress distribution and the actual stress level of the lead wheel have not yet been found and a practical calculation method or formula has not been provided yet.
