随着发电企业信息化的发展,企业内部常常会面对“信息孤岛”“应用孤岛”“资源孤岛”问题;并且随着智能电网和智能电厂的建设,需要在整体上实现电力流、信息流、业务流的高度融合和一体化、智能化,而实现这些都需要对电厂设备设施的信息模型进行定义与描述,即建立发电企业全景信息模型(PCIM),构建信息化与自动化融合应用基础。作者结合实际工作经验,研究了基于IEC 61970/61968 CIM的发电企业全景信息建模的思路与方法。
