目的：总结在X线实时立体视觉装置下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的护理工作经验。方法对38例实施X线实时立体视觉装置下经皮肺穿刺活检患者的护理工作效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组穿刺成功率为100％，穿刺后气胸（压缩30％以内）及肺内出血（表现为肺内阴影扩大或咯血）的发生率分别为13．2％（5／38）和10．5％（4／38），未行特殊治疗、精心护理逐渐恢复。结论 X线实时立体视觉装置下经皮肺穿刺在肺周边疾病中的成功率高。穿刺顺利完成与护理工作密不可分，护理在减少和预防穿刺后并发症发生中具有重要的价值。“,”Objective To summarize the work experience of nursing cooperation in X-ray real-time stereoscopic appa-ratus and percutaneous lung puncture biopsy surgery .Methods Retrospective analysis the nursing work results on 38 cases patients with X-ray real-time stereoscopic apparatus and percutaneous lung puncture biopsy surgery .Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%.After the puncture,The rate of pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage were 13.2%(5/38)and 10.5%(4/38).No special treatment and intensive care gradually restored .Conclusion X-ray real-time stereoscopic appara-tus and percutaneous lung puncture biopsy surgery has an higher puncture success rate in peripheral lung disease .The success-ful completion of the puncture is closely linked with nursing .Care has an important value in the reduction and prevention of complications after the puncture .
