我厂深井与水塔之间有大约400米左右距离。由于水泵扬程所限,在水塔下设置一蓄水池。深井泵将水抽入蓄水池,然后由潜水泵将水灌入水塔供生产用之。当深井泵开始启动时,需先注水然后开机工作。深井泵电机容量较大,需要采用降压起动方式。星形—三角形(Y—△)起动方式是降压起动方式的一种。起动时电动机绕组接成星形,起动时间约5秒。起动完毕后改为三角形正常运转。针对这种情况,我们试制了深井水池水塔水位自动控制器。其线路如图。下面简述其工作原理。
