湿蒸汽是一种两相流体,给计量带来很大困难。湿蒸汽的载热率与质量流量和干度有关。只有同时精确测得这两个值才能得到准确的载热率。常见的测量方法有双节流元件法、节流元件与密度计结合法、孔板噪声法、相关参数法等。这些方法在现场实际应用中不是精度难以保证,就是设备复杂造价太高,难以推广。双节流元件法中有一种用孔板与临界流流量计相组合的测量方法,不仅设备简单且计量精度高,但有一个致命的缺点就是压力损失太大,仅适用于井压较低的场合,对于井压高达15MPa的井就无法使用。西安交通大学开发的智能湿蒸汽流量计可成功地应用于高压井的测量。设计合理的Y型分配器可在高压下实现干度的均衡分配,综合锅炉出口的计量参数得到一个封闭的方程组,从而得到干度及注入水量,同时可以进一步提高注入热量的计量精度。利用本仪表可以计量注汽的载热量,同时与锅炉出口计量参数相结合可求得注汽干度及注入的汽量和水量。文章给出了湿蒸汽两相流的单参数计量原理和利用单参数计量进行干度和流量的综合计算及修正方法,最后给出了现场测评结果。
Wet steam is a two-phase fluid that presents great difficulties in metering. The heat transfer rate of wet steam is related to mass flow and dryness. Only accurate measurement of these two values in order to get accurate heat transfer rate. Common measurement methods are double throttle element method, throttle element and density meter combination method, orifice noise method, the relevant parameters and so on. The practical application of these methods in the field is not difficult to guarantee accuracy, that is, the cost of complex equipment is too high, it is difficult to promote. Double throttling element method, there is a combination of orifice plate and the critical flow meter measurement method, not only the device is simple and high precision, but there is a fatal disadvantage is the pressure loss is too large, only for low pressure Occasionally, wells up to 15 MPa are not available. Xi’an Jiaotong University developed intelligent wet steam flow meter can be successfully used in high-pressure well measurement. The well-designed Y-type distributor can realize the even distribution of dryness under high pressure. A closed system of equations can be obtained by integrating the measurement parameters at the outlet of the boiler so as to obtain the dryness and the injected water, and at the same time, the metering accuracy of the injected heat can be further improved. The use of the instrument can measure the heat contained in steam injection, and boiler export metering parameters can be combined with the steam injection dryness and injection of steam and water. In this paper, the single-parameter metrology principle of wet steam two-phase flow and the comprehensive calculation and correction method of dryness and flow rate using single-parameter measurement are given. Finally, the field test results are given.
