目的:观察青黛克银丸的抗炎作用及其机制。方法:采用相应动物模型评价青黛克银丸的抗炎作用并探讨其作用机制。结果:青黛克银丸对醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀及炎症组织内PGE_2含量,明显减少大鼠气囊滑膜炎模型渗出物中白细胞和CRP计数,并能明显提高炎性渗出物中SOD-1的活性。结论:青黛克银丸具有明显的抗炎作用,该效应与降低PGE_2、CRP水平,提高SOD-1活性有关。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of qingdaike silver pill. CONCLUSION: ADHD has significant anti-inflammatory effect, which is related to reducing the levels of PGE 2 and CRP and increasing the activity of SOD-1.
