在混掺玄武岩纤维与尼龙纤维增强水泥砂浆的基础上掺入硅灰,利用硅灰的火山灰效应和微集料填充效应改善纤维与砂浆的界面性能,充分发挥纤维对砂浆的增强作用。研究了硅灰掺量对纤维砂浆的工作性、抗折强度和剪切黏结强度的影响,并对硅灰在纤维砂浆中的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,硅灰的掺入能有效改善纤维砂浆的抗折强度和剪切黏结强度,并且能显著提高纤维与砂浆界面的黏结强度,但砂浆的工作性随着硅灰掺量的增加而降低。本试验条件下,硅灰最适宜的掺量为8%。
Silica fume is mixed with basalt fiber and nylon fiber reinforced cement mortar to improve the interfacial properties of fiber and mortar by utilizing the volcanic ash effect of silica fume and the micro-aggregate filling effect, and the reinforcing effect of fiber on mortar is fully exerted. The effect of silica fume content on the workability, flexural strength and shear bond strength of fiber mortar was studied. The mechanism of silica fume in fiber mortar was also analyzed. The results show that silica fume incorporation can effectively improve the flexural strength and shear bond strength of fiber mortar, and can significantly improve the bond strength between fiber and mortar, but the workability of mortar decreases with the increase of silica fume content . Under the test conditions, the most suitable content of silica fume is 8%.
