在我国,关于财务一体化的实践研究,从2002年至今大多是关于销售或者外贸企业的ERP系统与财务系统一体化,比如山东的鲁花集团、福建中烟等。企业财务信息系统建设作为整个企业信息化的重要环节,单纯的财务核算软件已不能满足信息使用者的需求。会计模块、财务模块已成为工业企业、金融企业、流通企业等ERP软件的重要组成部分。本文的创新性是结合了ZW公司的适用性情况,以ZW公司为对象,在对该公司的财务现状进行分析的基础上,设计了一套切实可行的财务业务一体化的方案,着重解决ZW公司风电资产财务一体化建设的相关问题。
In our country, the practice study on financial integration has mostly been on the integration of ERP system and financial system in sales or foreign trade enterprises since 2002, such as Luhua Group in Shandong and China Tobacco in Fujian. Enterprise financial information system construction as an important part of the entire enterprise information, simple financial accounting software can no longer meet the needs of information users. Accounting module, financial module has become an important part of industrial enterprises, financial enterprises, distribution companies and other ERP software. The innovation of this paper is based on the suitability of ZW Company. Based on the analysis of the financial status of ZW Company, ZW Company designed a set of practical financial business integration scheme, focusing on ZW Wind turbine assets and financial integration of the building related issues.
